At SP Counselling Works you can look forward to a counsellor who listens and collaborates with you to navigate your thoughts, feelings, and life challenges.

As a warm, empathetic, and open-minded counsellor, I provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your concerns.

Together, we will determine the most effective counselling approach for you and develop strategies that will help you move forward.

Locations

I offer face-to-face counselling in Birkenhead and Remuera.  I also offer online sessions over Zoom.

Counselling

I am an experienced Counsellor who offers a variety of approaches. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution Focussed Therapy.

Industry Experience

With extensive leadership and management experience, Master’s qualifications in Organisational Psychology and Counselling, and expertise as a Registered Counsellor and Career Practitioner, I bring a strong understanding of workplace and associated personal challenges.

Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals experiencing difficult work situations, challenging career transitions, and physical injuries that have disrupted established goals, aspirations, and future plans.
