At SP Counselling Works you can look forward to a counsellor who listens and collaborates with you to navigate your thoughts, feelings, and life challenges.

As a warm, empathetic, and open-minded counsellor, I provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your concerns.

Together, we will determine the most effective counselling approach for you and develop strategies that will help you move forward.

Locations

I offer face-to-face counselling in Birkenhead and Remuera.  I also offer online sessions over Zoom.

Counselling

I am an experienced Counsellor who offers a variety of approaches. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution Focussed Therapy.

Industry Experience

With an extensive Management background, a Masters degree in Organisational Psychology and as an active Career Practitioner, I have worked extensively with people who have had difficult work situations and clients who have experienced physical injuries that have impeded their life plans.
